All products are subject to rigorous and ongoing inspection during production and to a full final inspection before any part is shipped to you, the customer Cuspal Is an ISO 9002 certified organisation since 1996 and also possess Quality Standards such as Underwriters Laboratories (U.L.) and The Canadian Standards Authority (C.S.A) approvals. The latter two are quite rare in Ireland. They guarantee the high calibre of the materials and the inks that are used and also guarantee that as part of your product, they will not fall short of the requisite safety and quality levels. Cuspal is currently in the process of implementing the Business Excellence model which is a programme dedicated to the principles of continuous improvement.
The idea of quality is not just a rubber stamp or a certificate to show off in reception, but a genuine method of ensuring that the customer receives the goods they have ordered, when they need them and in perfect condition. We are dedicated to continuously improving the quality of both our products and our processes. Delivery can be as quick as 48 hours, but our standard promise is 14 days after the artwork specifications are signed off by the client.
