Labels

Cuspal has huge experience in producing labels in both screen and digital format. We can assess your requirement and offer a solution against either platform so that your finished product will stand the test of time. The label types we manufacture are hazardous warning , serial / barcode , customer branding , security and safety labels. We have a long relationship with multiple suppliers who source material for us worldwide. The type can also be approved by the Underwriters Laboratories if required.

Screen Printed Labels

Screen Printing is a stencilling technique used to apply inked images to the label material. This process can be seen regularly day to day. Screen Printing provides a number of great advantages for creating the perfect label. They are highly durable, even when applied outdoors, and moisture resistant. Screen Printing provides crystal clear text definition and can work in conjunction with a range of different materials. The completed product will have a raised finish, with precise detail and strong colours. Minimum quantity orders apply due to set up costs.

Digital Printed Labels

Digitally printed labels are becoming more and more popular as digital printing technology advances. Previously digital printed solutions had a very low shelf life and while the quality was high, the durability of the print was low. This is no longer the case. At Cuspal we use the latest technology to provide high quality prints that are long lasting. Digitally printing allows the design to be printed flat onto the finished surface. We understand the changing landscape of product life-cycles and digital printing gives us the opportunity to print shorter run lengths to be flexible with order quantities.
